You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

2. How to Request Deletion

• Open the app and go to Privacy Policy screen (from Settings or More menu)
• Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account"
• Confirm your request when prompted
• Or email us at support@unisub.in or call us at +91-9211299844 with your request

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information
• Contact details
• Saved addresses
• Preferences and settings
• Your account will be deactivated immediately

4. What We Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records (for tax and legal compliance)
• Anonymized analytics data
• Information needed for ongoing disputes

5. Processing Time

Account deactivation is immediate. Full data deletion is processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation via email once complete.
